I heard the song "How Bizarre" by OMC on the radio today. I always think of mom when I hear this song - I haven't heard it in a while.
About 12yrs ago (?) we were walking downtown Toronto. She heard this song from a shop somewhere, and just started bopping away, singing, so happy - we were going to see Emma I think - then hearing this song she loved to top it off. It was great, made us all happy, knowing that's who mom is. It still makes me smile now but now there is a choked up feeling too.
